Privacy policy

Last updated 17 September 2026

This policy explains how BlueZebra Co., Ltd. (“BlueZebra”, “we”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit bluezebra.co.th or contact us. We handle personal data in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”).

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is BlueZebra Co., Ltd., 9/66 Soi Ratchapracha 2, Ratchadapisek Rd., Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900, Thailand.

For any question about this policy or your personal data: Email [email protected] or call 02-587-9881 (09:00–18:00).

2. What we collect

This website has no forms and does not ask you to create an account. We collect personal data in these situations:

  • When you contact us by phone, email, LINE, Facebook or LinkedIn: your name, contact details, the organisation you work for, and anything you choose to tell us about your enquiry.
  • When you visit the website: our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. This is used to run and protect the website.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies of our own.

3. Third-party services on this website

  • Google Maps: the map of our office is provided by Google. When it loads, Google may collect information and set cookies under its own privacy policy.
  • Social networks: links and share buttons take you to Facebook, LINE, LinkedIn or X. What happens on those services is covered by their own privacy policies.
  • Hosting: the website and its images are hosted with cloud service providers.

4. How we use your data, and why we are allowed to

  • To answer your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to arrange a demo or proof of concept, prepare a quote, install and train, and provide support. This is necessary to take steps before a contract with you, or to perform that contract.
  • To keep the website secure and working. This is based on our legitimate interests.
  • To meet our legal obligations, for example accounting and tax records.

We do not use your personal data for purposes other than these without telling you first and, where the PDPA requires it, asking for your consent.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only when needed, with:

  • the vendor of the product you are interested in, when this is needed to arrange a demo, proof of concept, quote or support;
  • service providers who work for us, such as hosting and email providers;
  • government authorities, when the law requires it.

6. Transfers outside Thailand

Some vendors and service providers are located outside Thailand, for example in South Korea, the United States and Europe. When personal data is sent abroad, we take the steps the PDPA requires to keep it protected.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or for longer if the law requires it. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

8. Your rights

Under the PDPA you have the right to:

  • access your personal data and ask for a copy;
  • ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete or anonymise your data, or to restrict its use;
  • object to how we use your data;
  • receive your data in a commonly used format, or have it sent to another organisation;
  • withdraw consent you have given, at any time.

To use these rights: Email [email protected] or call 02-587-9881 (09:00–18:00). If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
